Master Shao Lei provided an introduction to Tai Chi for students at Heartland International English School.
Master Shao demonstrated three styles of Tai Chi - Chen Style, Wu Style, and Yang Style.
Students were introduced to the basics of Tai Chi including posture, balance, relaxation, and breathing. Then they were led through the beginning movements of the 24 Form of Yang Style Tai Chi.
Finally, students were introduced to some applications of Tai Chi for self-defence.
